The Abu Dhabi gateway project was implemented to ensure safe and efficient travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi in adherence to Covid 19 requirements and precautions.

Alkira scope

• Developed use cases and technology service requirements.
• Designed the ICT infrastructure and systems including site networks, CCTV, digital displays and systems.
• Developed the technology transition plan for applications, data, telecom & networks, ICT infrastructure and assets from Expo 2020 to legacy operations, using a gap analysis based on the criteria of functional fit, size/cost and market position.
• Defined functional & technical requirements and performed technology sourcing to onboard service provided.
• Project managed the implementation and testing of ICT infrastructure and systems to achieve a successful go-live and operation.
