Metal Park is a new integrated Metal Hub located in KEZAD, Abu Dhabi that offers flexibilities of scale to metal vendors, processors, and fabricators in the UAE. Covering 450,000 sqm, it will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities supporting storage and handling, processing, and fabrication activities.

• Designed a comprehensive ICT strategy across all applications and infrastructure, starting with the business model and client requirements.
• Developed the service catalogue and architecture for applications, integration, network & infrastructure.
• Defined the functional and technical scope of 16 ICT procurement packages including network, cyber security services, ERP, Customer Platform, BMS, Facilities Management, Workforce Management, Machine Maintenance, AI & IoT, Digital Signage, Public Address system, Video Analytics, Workshop Booking, Health & Safety, Analytics & BI and robotics (AGV).
